In this class, we’ll explore how to maintain a strong, stable axis while introducing expressive movements that enhance your dance rather than distract from it. You’ll learn how to create clean, intentional embellishments that flow naturally from your grounded technique. 

 Through focused exercises, we’ll build your awareness from the inside out—so that every movement, from a simple adornment to a complex figure, feels intentional, stable, and beautifully your own.
