Description:

A dedicated technique workshop focusing on the individual skills that give followers greater balance, control and freedom of movement. Nadia will work on posture, balance, pivots and coordination, helping you understand how to organise your body more efficiently and move with greater confidence and precision. The class will also explore how stronger individual technique can create more freedom and expression while maintaining connection with your partner. Suitable for followers of all levels, with exercises and concepts that can be adapted to your own experience.

Early Bird tickets are available until Monday 4 October 2026. You can then book workshops and milongas at the regular price until Wednesday 28 October, subject to availability.
