In London, he met Iro, who became his life and tango partner.
Iro has been dancing ballet since she was 5 years. Fascinated by movement, growing up in a family of architects and artists, she developed her dancing skills by practicing latin, African dances & capoeira.
She started dancing Tango at 15 years old. Her first maestro was Orestis Demetriou, who taught her a style based on tradition, character, and expression. She trained subsequently with Vaggelis Hatzopoulos & Marianna Koutandou, owner of The Academia del Tango in Athens.
